"The worse hotel ever and when you check out half of your stuff are missing"

The room was so dirty No space for baby or kids ( very small bed and hotel doesn't has extra mattress Though they indicate in the app there is a space for baby Cockroaches and bugs and insects all over the room and the bed Towels and sheets are so dirty and disgusting Take note there is no wifi in the whole hotel ( NO WIFI ) Plus after checking in we find a missing bag of my baggage and they kept denying it though i am sure it was with us while checking in I tried to report it but no one to listen

Nothing was good Everything was terrible
The room was so dirty No space for baby ( bed is so small even for couples ) No extra bed for baby also ( though they indicate in app may space for babies) Cockroaches and bugs and insects all over the room and the bed NO WIFI AS WELL Plus after checking in we find a missing bag of my baggage and they kept denying it though i am sure it was with us while checking in I tried to report it but no one to listen

Poor facilities and amenities , no WiFi in the room no paper toilet, I used bucket for the toilet. I was assisted by the staff to my room, however upon checking the door knob was broken. They transferred me to another room but then the sink was clogged. Third room the TV is not working(all the rooms to be exact).
