Villa Sole Al Molino A Vento 8, Emma Villas

Fantastisk villa med stora utrymmen och vacker inredning placerad i en fungerande by med flera trevliga restauranger, barer och små butiker. Avskilt med häckar och grindar runt om. Trädgården var vacker och poolområdet fint. Vi låste oss ute en dag och då fick vi fantastisk hjälp av brandmännen i regionen! EN stor eloge till dem! Och till vår värd som kontaktade dem, när låssmeden hade ramlat och inte kunde hjälpa till!

Vissa detaljer i huset behövde ses över p gr av slitage, informationen om sophämtningen var minst sagt förvirrande men bra att det fanns!

Grosszügige Villa mit Wohlfühlcharakter. Top Klimatisation. Gute Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Gehdistanz. Ausgezeichnetes Restaurant "Dante e Ivana" mit tollen Gastgebern gleich um die Ecke.

Aussenbereich war etwas ungepflegt und teilweise in die Jahre gekommen. Aussendusche sehr dreckig. Jacuzzi ekelerregend und nicht nutzbar. Billiger kleiner Grill. Photos entsprechen teilweise nicht der Realität (sehr alte Photos).

Fabulous house with all the right facilities. Particularly good if you are happy to stay around home. The adjacent little town has most items you need and a few pizzeria. Big shout out for Dante & Ivana restaurant which is very close by. You do need to like fish ! If you have a car Rosignano Solvay a 5-10 minute ride away has good supermarkets. Overall fantastic villa👏🤗

Probably something I should have researched before but a taxi service is non existent so if you are not too nimble and can’t walk very far you will need a designated driver to get to the cafes and pizzeria. The walk into town is not far and downhill but it means you have to walk home up hill! 🙈 Being very picky, and I think the cleaners forgot, but try to make sure there are more than one bag for blue, yellow, green and brown waste otherwise leaving the bags out for collection on the appropriate days is difficult.

Such an amazing place to stay. The whole property and facilities are next to none. The host is brilliant and made our stay very special, there wasn’t anything he couldn’t do - even bringing a bottle of bubbles in person for my parents’ 50th anniversary. The place was very clean, easy to access and in a wonderful location. The pool and hot tub are brilliant, as is the outside kitchen. A short walk to restaurants, cafés etc… in town and the restaurant at the end of the street is a must (Dante Ivana).

Amazing villa. Amazing view, very clean. Close to the local shop and pizza restaurant. And the most important thing, the host of the villa was so helpful and deliver all the things we want extra.
