En plein champ d'oliviers, calme absolu. Mais les oliviers cachent un peu le panorama. Confort et agencement de la maison. Terrasse ombragée spacieuse. La balancelle. Beaucoup de rangements. Climatisation efficace. Moustiquaires à toutes les fenêtres. Non loin de Cortona. Amabilité du propriétaire.

Chemin d'accès très étroit sur environ 1 km, parfois caillouteux, non indiqué dans l'annonce. Il vaut mieux ne pas avoir à croiser une autre voiture. Wifi intérieur trop lent, inutilisable. Pas du tout de wifi à la piscine. A compenser par de la 5G que l'on capte bien dehors, moins bien dedans. Barbecue minimaliste. Prix excessif par rapport aux prestations
