O apartamento é enorme muito confortável exatamente como nas fotos, a localização é excelente, estavamos em 7 e conseguimos ficar muito bem instaladas, o sofa da sala é um sofa cama muito confortavel.

A unica coisa que temos a apontar é a maquina de lavar roupa que parecia estar com problemas pois na hora de centrifugar precisavamos tirar praticamente todas as peças dela para poder centrifugar sem dar barulho.

Amazing place perfect location ideal for easy access to Venice and Milan. So close to everything. The apartment size was absolutely amazing. We will be booking again.

I will not mark them down as it was out of their control, but there was building work being done to the apartment directly above. But as we were out, most of the day, it really wasn't an issue.

The location was absolutely perfect - just a couple of minutes’ walk and you’re already in the historical center of Verona. It’s very close to Juliet’s House and all the main attractions, as well as many great restaurants. There was also a grocery store right nearby, which was very convenient. We really enjoyed having cafes just next to the apartment. The river view was beautiful and made the stay even more special. Overall, the apartment felt very well-situated and comfortable.

Nothing that affected our overall satisfaction with the stay. Some of the kitchen items, like the pans, were not in the best condition, but it didn’t really matter to us as we mostly ate out at restaurants.

La casa es grande, pero lo mejor es la ubicación, muy cerca del centro, fácil de aparcar.

Realmente son tres habitaciones ya que la cuarta está dentro de otra habitación. Una de las camas es pequeña y mejorable.

Buena ubicación, a unos 10-15 minutos del centro. Supermercado, cafeterías, restaurantes y demás servicios cercanos.

No me gustó que nos cobraran "gastos de gestión" al pagar la tasa turística a través de la plataforma Vikey, No era mucho, 1 o 2 euros en total, pero considero que no deben cobrar nada, o al menos dar alternativa que pagar por otro medio que no suponga estos gastos y que la gente pueda tener otra opción. Por otro lado, algún equipo de aire acondicionado hacía mucho ruido y necesita revisión, al igual que la lavadora, que hace un ruido espantoso al centrifugar. No me gustó tener que subir a la plataforma una foto mía y mi DNI, sin saber qué medios de seguridad tienen ante hackers que puedan acceder a esta información tan sensible. Finalmente, sería un buen detalle que hubiera un mínimo de productos básicos de cocina, bolsas de basura, aceite, sal, azúcar, etc.

The neighborhood and proximity to sites was perfect.

The furnishings were rudimentary and tired. It is also beyond time to update the main bathroom. The toilet is no longer bolted to the floor and the shower has mold in the corners.
