"IT COULD'VE BEEN BETTER"

WE LOVED OUR ROOM AND THE VIEW OF THE OCEAN WAS NICE.

THERE WAS ONLY ONE HOT TUB WHICH ALWAYS SEEMED TO BE FULL AND THE HEATED POOL WAS FREEZING!! WE ASKED SEVERAL TIMES IF SOMEONE COULD COME LOOK AT IT, BUT THE ISSUE WAS NEVER RESOLVED. WHEN WE ARRIVED ON OUR FIRST DAY WE HAD TO WAIT SEVERAL MINUTES FOR THE FRONT DESK PERSON TO FINISH A SIDEBAR CONVERSATION WITH A BYPASSER. WE ALSO ASKED ON OUR SECOND DAY TO HAVE AN EXTENDED NIGHT AND THE FRONT DESK PERSON WAS STRUGGLING TO ADD THE NIGHT. WE ASKED IF SHE COULD CALL US WHEN SHE COULD GET IT DONE. WE NEVER GOT A CALL, WHEN WE ASKED AGAIN THE NEXT DAY THE PRICE INCREASED BY ABOUT 700.00 BECAUSE IT WAS A SUNDAY.
