Max Beach Resort

Great place to stay. Very clean and great amenities. The food at the restaurant is simple but delicious.

The sun terrace was closed for sunrise. That was the only minor issue we had. No biggie.

Everything was wonderful!

Our AC wasn’t working properly for several days and it took 2 maintenance men to fix it by the 3rd day. Beds were uncomfortable and there were 2 spots on the carpet that were soaked when we arrived and we don’t know why - it took till about the 5th day to finally dry up. Dishwasher didn’t work the first time we tried to run it, but maintenance did come pretty quickly and fix it. They only provided 5 towels for us to use when we showered. There were 5 of us there for 6 nights. When we asked if we could get a few more, the front desk staff was rude and told us that’s what the washer and dryer were for. They should provide more than 1 towel per person bc I wasn’t expecting to have to do laundry so much on my vacation. Some of the front desk staff were wonderful and a few were cold and just rude honestly. Also, having to pay for parking was a bummer. At least one vehicle should be included when you are paying that much for a room.
