"The best customer service"

The best customer service. The rooms are clean. Pets are also allowed. Sir Francis assisted us very well and enjoyed our drinks in the Sky Lounge.

"Good Stay, My Many Thanks to your Staff"

The Hotel pretty much met my expectations. Breakfast was good when they served menu/alacarte style. Not so good when they offered open buffet. Staff are helpful and very respectful. Room was comfortable and clean. Their In-room service food is amazing and hotel was not very crowded most of the time which is really a plus.

They really should consider for a laundry station for long stay travellers. I would prefer a handheld shower head rather than a rainfall one in the bathroom. Hotel wifi is most of the times really slow. Though if you switch to their skylounge(23rd floor wifi) it is considerably faster. And yeah, location is not amazing. You are going to be somewhat far from everything Manila hast to offer due to the insane traffic of the city.
