Air conditioning didn’t work and a girl at the reception told us to open the window. We booked this hotel specifically because of the comfortable room conditions, as we were traveling with our dog. Having air conditioning during hot weather was essential for us. And we also need to keep windows open at night so it was quite loud because of traffic. Given the price we paid, the lack of proper air conditioning was very disappointing.

De kamer en het bed

De locatie is naast de remise van de bussen. Hier komen een deel van de nacht de bussen terug voor de nacht en ze starten op vroeg in de morgen. Dit betekent veel geluid. He kan niet met het raam open slapen

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, wir hatten Upgrade bekommen und es war sehr sauber

Parken für 20€/Nacht sehr hoch. Wir hatten einen Daten Hack über das Hotel. Leider hat sich das Management nicht dazu geäußert. Auch wurden die Gäste nicht proaktiv kontaktiert. Man musste selbst nachfragen, was da los ist.
