The hotel is very worn you can see it needs renovation , receptionist said they renovating one building and then they will do the one we were staying

It wasn’t what or where it was supposed to be. The alternative accommodation was in a dirty rough area with house clearance rubbish lying everywhere outside. They only informed us a couple of days ahead when obviously the original 4 star hotel was being renovated for a considerable time before we booked and was never going to be available. The alternative was clean inside but no way was it a 4 star level hotel -it was an old house that had rooms made into bedsits.

Under reservation, nothing like what was described or show in photos. Uncomfortable beds, dirty shower an toilet area. It was a prefab with timber panels, did not feel say or secure.

There was works in the hotel. Room was really dirty and need to be refreshed. It was also pretty noisy because of the road nearby.
