The property isn’t good. The door broken, carpet smells
security alarm not working (prob due to computer glitch), back door to home was unlocked. couch in living quarters was broken. dead roaches (4) and 1 live roach found in the home. dark hair on the shower walls in the master bathroom. just generally not very clean
Check in was very confusing. I had to contact the people listed in order to get codes to get in house. Some of the furniture is very worn and/or broken. The backyard was kind of a mess. Other than that the property was decent.
A few constructive feedback: The property is in a safe neighborhood and close to area restaurants. One of the couches in the living room is broken. The kitchen lacks a few necessary items like tongs and cutting boards. The kitchen could use a bit of updated pots and pans. The BBQ grill did not have a propane tank. The bathrooms did not have proper amenities, we bought them from a local grocery store. AC did not work at all. The house was hot, had to open windows for cross-ventilation to cool it down. Overall stay was pleasant and we managed it as best we could.

Perfect location. Stayed there for my daughters softball tournament this past weekend. Very clean and cozy for a weekend away
