Element by Marriott San Jose Airport

Great service

Having grown up in the South Bay, I have a lot of preferred locations when I come to visit for both personal and business travel. This trip was last minute so most of my regular hotels were already booked. I rolled the dice and booked Element San Jose Airport, and I was delightfully surprised! Upon check-in, I was greeted by Kuljit, who also was at the Front Desk upon my departure. He was the team member I interacted with the most, and was incredible kind, welcoming, and a great Ambassador for hospitality. Though they were fully booked and could not accommodate an upgrade for me, I never felt like the hotel was too busy. When I came down around Happy Hour time, I was surprised to see complimentary charcuterie in the lobby and wonderful team members greeting me to see what I needed or encouraging me to take a seat at the bar. Each evening when I returned, the bartender was also very accommodating, though I did not end up sitting for a cocktail either evening. One night, I did enjoy their choices of complimentary hot tea that was steeping for their guests. I refilled my Starbucks venti cup with a mix of two of their hot teas, and slept soundly! I was really pleased with this special surprise upon return home from dinner. In addition, I was able to use their pool both days. Plenty of towels and great sun--it was a welcome relaxation after a very busy few months at work. I took Lyfts and Ubers closer into town to meet friends and family, but there are also some good options for food near the hotel. You will want to Rideshare or have a Rental Car if staying here. All in all, I slept well, felt well taken care of and looked after by the Element team, and would stay here again! Thank you to the Element team and Kuljit!

The stuff was super friendly, especially the young man at the front desk with glasses. The room was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. My twin daughters loved it, and were very sad to leave!! I look forward to our next stay in San Jose and would absolutely book here again!!!!

Loved it

Really nice hotel. Clean and welcoming staff. We had a bit of trouble with a sticky lock but they took care of it. For the price, you cant beat it.

Room is really clean the whole building actually

Room was super clean and smelled like fresh laundry. Looked just like the pictures. The mini kitchen was well equipped, bathroom was super clean, and beds were comfy. Only downside is the slightly thin walls (white noise fixed it) and the super water saving shower head. My less than 10 min shower turned into 20 because the water pressure was a trickle. Only downside. But the property overall was very clean and so was the room.
