PKfront door stairs were dangerous, needs maintenance work
NZExcellent location, with fabulous sea views. It’s half way between both ferry landings. Regular bus service just down the road. Located on a quiet street within walking distance to the local pub, walks, the ocean, and Oneroa (if you don’t mind a longer walk). Very clean property. Modern and well equipped. Comfortable bed.
The only thing would be how cold the house got overnight (winter stay). We ran the heating overnight on subsequent nights, but it was noisy and because the bedroom is part of the living areas, the noise affected our sleep.

JPWe had everything we needed for our vacation. Ocean view rooms, clean space, well stocked cookware. Also equipped with washing machine and dishwasher. The stay was further enhanced by a barbecue on the terrace.
There were no tissues. Also, the approach to the building was steep and required climbing several flights of stairs. However, these are all very minor things.
