"Guter Service, ansprechende Wohnung und vor allem mit Klimaanlage."

Die Lage ist top, direkt im Zentrum. Busbahnhof und Taxistand gleich um die Ecke sowie ein gut sortierter Supermarkt zwei Gehminuten entfernt. Frühstückslokal und drei Restaurants/Bars in 100m Entfernung.

Es ist etwas hellhörig. Leider poltern einige Gäste auch nachts als wären sie allein auf der Welt. Das liegt natürlich nicht am Vermieter, sondern an der schlechten Erziehung einiger Mieter.
