Great location in the heart of everything. The hotel is very authentic, relaxing and quiet

it was very clean and the best location . The bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The hot water was not good.

on weekends a club starts music that is mind-bendingly loud. ear plugs help drown out the noise, but that won’t help the bass that will be flowing through your body. it’s really unfortunate! im not old, but it was brutal.

My jaw dropped when I walked inside! I wasn't expecting it to be so peaceful and beautifully designed. The whole time I was here I felt like I was treated like royalty, I received such personal attention. The patios inside are quiet and beautiful. The staff went overboard to make sure I was happy and taken care of. I especially loved connecting with Fabiola, the chef, who made me the most amazing chilaquiles for breakfast. (which was included in the room price!) Also...THE BATHTUB WAS AMAZING! Luxurious! When I arrived I was upgraded to the most AMAZING room just because nobody else was staying there. I'm telling you, the service was incredible. I will be back.

El hotel es hermoso y las habitaciones están bien acondicionadas, pero a lado tienen un bar/antro que tuvo música hasta las 4am. No pudimos dormir por la vibración y el sonido. Si vas a descansar, ahí no es. El servicio fue bueno, pero si no puedes dormir quizás es mejor buscar un poco más retirado del centro.

Lovely old hacienda, beautifully restored. All seating and beds were very comfortable. There were many places to relax and visit. I rented the entire house for our family reunion. Two of the 11 of us were small boys who played in the grassy back garden. Cristina was helpful and friensly. The location was perfect, close to the main plaza and set back from the street so noise was minimal. You can't go wrong staying here.

Extraordinario lugar, con habitaciones hermosas, muy cómodo y con la mejor ubicación de San Miguel, definitivamente regresaría. Y el personal muy amable, lo recomiendo!
