Classical colonial mexican house

The property is lovely. We had the double , beds were comfortable and overall room was nice. The air conditioner in room does not cool. We visited in May and very hot. There is quite a bit of street noise, they provide ear plugs however didnt help . The staff was very attentive and breakfast was good. Would stay again in cooler months.

There was some loud music coming from nearby on Friday and Saturday night but the staff had given us earplugs and a white noise machine so that made it much less of a problem than it would have been without that

It was a little noisy in the evening with a music venue close by. Breakfast was good but only available mid-morning.

The Orchid House is a beautiful hotel and the staff are all excellent! Iwe had a lovely three days there and just had a small issue with the shower water pressure. It was minor issue though. Would highly recommend and Faviola makes a great breakfast. The grounds are beautiful too. Loved it there.

very good location and the overall experience of staying at the property is good. I don't think it is a 5 star hotel as it says on booking.com and the breakfast is too simple, not meeting the normal expection.
