Cozy Studios on Freedom Square

We like the space it’s big and comfortable

The AC not working properly but not a problem because in the evening it’s cold

The property is clean and comfortable

The yard and the entrance were terrible, no lights, dirty and looking dangerous

It was a warm and clean apartment in the city center.

Old building, not very clear instructions how to get there, not enough light, just one roll of toilet paper, no tea and coffee in the kitchen.

this is not a hotel or even a hotel apartment it's just a studio with a very strange location , yes it's a nice location on the map but not as a view . it was clean from inside nicely furnished but it's in the third floor with no elevators and no reception desk and no one to help so I don't know how come booking showed this property to me when I filtered my search as 5 star hotels

I felt I stupid booking this facility it's a very old building which is completely worn out , the lights to the entrance sometimes doesnt work , i wouldnt call it the safetest and if u wanted to change it's non refundable for a better price i could have booked a 4 star hotel . there are absolutely no services nobody comes to clean , it should be listed in apartments not even apart hotels and when we asked for 1 hr late check out because of our flight he refused despite everything we went through , the bags were a horror story taking them upstairs and getting them down , even after coming back from walking all day long and by the way most of the comments are funny you notice you will find same words everybody mentioning another thing evrybody from all those countries spoke English!!!

We really could have used some informations before arrival. There is no reception as promised and no sign at all. Came in the middle of the night and vouldn’t find it. Finally got the informations on WatsApp. This is NOT a hotel. The apartment was nice and on a good location.

A cozy apartment in a historic building right in the heart of Tbilisi, with an authentic courtyard that adds to the charm.

There’s no elevator, and once we experienced a hot water outage. Of course, this wasn’t the owner’s fault, but it’s something to keep in mind. Many reviews mention that the courtyard and building are quite old and worn, but in my opinion, that only adds to its unique charm.
