TV outdated...really out of date !!! Poorly managed restaurant facilities.

Service at the park

My check in took forever. Even after several messages i sent them that i was checking in late no matter the cost they still cancelled reservation.

Fun place to stay. Pools are nice and warm nice bedroom size and international airport is 5 min away. Water park right behind. But showers are cold and wifi service is bad .. The transportation is horrible. They have a “trusted Uber driver “ which you don’t ask in app you have to call but prices are HIGH! And taxis won’t stop since it’s a big Ave.

Ok this is by far the worst “water park” I’ve ever visited in my life and I’ve been to a lot. There were 5 large slides (2 of which were broken—the best ones of course!) and 2 of the 3 working slides were so slow you had to push yourself the whole way down. The castle area with the smaller slides has actual 1/2 slides that are also inoperable and just end mid-air. The park is filthy. The “lazy river” is completely stagnant. There were feathers in the cloudy water. Not a tiny bit of movement. The thing we thought was the funniest was that they tried to get us to do a time share presentation as we walked in. Can you imagine??!!! Ew. Oh and keeping live animals here?? What have we done wrong that such a place exists in this world?

Dolphins and seals should not be kept like this. It is cruel and inhumane. Note what is happening at SeaWorld in San Diego. People are turning away from this kind of "entertainment" in favor of viewing animals in their natural environment. Get on the right side of history Splash!
