Extremely convenient location near station, room was clean & provided good amenities. Excellent deal for the price!

Great location, very clean and comfortable . Shower hot

I had to slide by the bidet to get in shower. Hold onto sink to get to toilet. Hair dryer didn't work. Neither did ceiling fan but still overall good value

Excellent stopover point for journey to Montepulciano. Handy to train and car hire.

Better after hours signage on front door. No tea and coffee making facilities.

Good size room. Free bottled water. Lift to our floor.

No air conditioning. Very small bathroom. Restricted entrance to toilet and shower. Despite several emails confirming arrival time there was no one at reception and the front door was locked. Had to ring another number to get someone to come and let us in. No meal facilities.

It was very comfortable and our room had a balcony which was very much appreciated .The staff were very helpful.

Well located by the railway, this is essentially a budget place, but with a decent bedroom and small bathroom. Wifi was fine and the bathroom light very quickly fixed by the helpful staff. Free unlimited water bottles was a bonus.

The breakfast, served at a nearby restaurant owned by the hotel proprietor, was very basic - a true Italian start to the day with just coffee and croissant.
