The unit was very spacious. Very clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive in answering questions. Costco nearby and walking distance to the grocery store.

The host provided excellent detailed instructions that made entry easy upon arrival. Even though it was past 10pm when I got to Balmoral due to a late flight, the info was easy to follow. Got into the garage and apartment without any trouble.

Nothing! Would highly recommend this property. And this host! Glad I found Balmoral apartments via booking.com, and used the app on my phone to get a good discount.

I can only give my review of apartment 306 as he subleases 24 other apartments. I booked the one with the guitar hanging on wall and as you can see in the pic the carpets were very dirty. I have a granddaughter who is still crawling snd after crawling for 5 minutes her clothes feet snd hands were so dirty. She ended up in the ER due to mold exposure. The elevator on the property had stains on the carpets as well. The other pictures posted of other apartments looked a lot cleaner than the one we were in. This host called me several times asking for payment which I paid booking.com. He should have called them instead of bothering my family on Christmas. There were so many things wrong I it would take me hours to put it down here . Before you book make sure those carpets are torn out because there was mold and many other stains that were unknown. Please be careful. I love booking.com and this place should be on a different site.

I loved that it was close to everything and I was visiting family in San Jose so super convenient
