The Ledger Residences by Sosuite - Old City

The location was great. The price & value were great. It was nice having a kitchen and washer. I loved the old Ledger Building. I suggest requesting a room facing the street, not the inner courtyard.

It was very noisy in the morning. They were doing construction and there was loud banging. While the hotel provided us with earplugs and a white noise machine, these were not anywhere close to being able to cover up that noise. Also, there is an online pre-checkin process requiring a security deposit, credit card information and a photo of my identification. This was communicated via text a few days before the reservation, and it could very easily have been a phishing attempt. I would strongly encourage Sosuite to change this process!

Nice location

The bed sheet were missing on one bed, water pipes in the bedroom are noisy and the ceilings is very low, you have to be careful for tall people

Aesthetically pleasing!

A lot of markings and scuffs all over the walls in our room. Made it look dirty. Also unfortunately, the parking garage was under construction, so valet and parking was unavailable on site. The main reason we booked was for the onsite parking. The garage construction went on all night and was frustrating trying to get sleep.
