WoodSpring Suites Concord-Charlotte Speedway

The fact that the room was a 1 bedroom house was excellent. It was comfortable and spacious. The kitchen area was amazing. The staff was amazing and check in was a breeze.

Everything was great.

The hotel itself was clean and had been updated.

The check in process was extremely frustrating. I booked this hotel for my daughter and grandchildren. They had to check in around 7pm. There is NO ONE at the front desk over night! You have to press a button to speak to someone remotely. Their accent was so strong they had to ask them to repeat themselves after every sentence. They asked to see her ID and wouldn't let her in because it didn't match the name I entered as the person staying there. Only because I gave them her middle name,which is what we call her. They kept telling her that the confirmation number was not correct either. I had to call and after about 5 minutes they finally let her in the building. It makes me very uncomfortable to know that there is NO ONE at the front desk for guests at night.

Room was nice

For non smoking all I could smell was THC vape or pot the smell was even in room. Highly disappointed

Elevator broke down on 2nd day. Had to walk up 4 flights of stairs.

it gave me a place to sleep nothing special

stains on the curtains and some kind of splatter on the ceiling.The check in took some time as the video check in person struggled to find my info and was difficult to understand

Bed was rough , pillows was horrible, tv didn’t work ,air didn’t work worst experience I have ever had ! Building has a funny smell through out
