The location was perfect for wanting to be close to the old port. The apartment was perfect!

Location exceptional in Old Montreal and the Port. Close to Notre Dame, good restaurants & easy access into downtown & beyond. The apartment is bright & pleasant with a spacious feel for a small unit. Everything one could possibly need provided, clean and in good working order. Free parking at a nearby outdoor lot a huge bonus. Unit is exactly as represented in photos in the listing.

Heating quite noisy & dry. To be expected in Montreal in January. Bedding all synthetic. Arrived on a Sunday & narrow hallways were crammed with cleaning equipment.

The living room temperature was colder than what the thermostat showed.

Location is awesome, size of the apartment is also excellent.

Due to the architecture of the apartment, the downstairs is cold and the upstairs bedroom is hot. It we really difficult to achieve a comfortable temperature downstairs in the main living area. There was a bird in the unit which we were able to set free, The soap dispenser in the shower was loose, the doorway to the unit from upstairs hallway was badly damaged. The unit could have been cleaner, there were long dark hairs around on the floor. Mattress and pillows were uncomfortable and full size, not queen. Bed linens polyester. Parking was confusing and poorly explained. No greeting staff, this is more like an AirBnB situation.

The location was great - right on the edge of Old Town

We came on an evening flight to Montreal - in late December, for a 3 night stay. We went directly to the unit, and found it to be extremely cold (in the 50's F) in the unit. We attempted to heat the place up via the thermostat, but to no avail. Having 3 in our party, we also intended to use the 'sleeper/sofa'. Upon sitting on the 'bed', the lower half of the unit collapsed to the floor under the weight of 1 person (weighing less than 160 lbs (in case you are wondering)). We were forced to sleep in our clothes for warmth, and on a fraction of the level bed. In the morning at 8am we texted the management about the issues, and went out for breakfast - and some warmth - as the unit hadn't heated up at all. When we returned to the unit later that morning, it seemed colder than it had the night before. With no response from the management, and having no sleep the night before, we made a decision that we couldn't stay there any longer, booked a new reservation at the nearby Embassy Suites and moved there. Shortly after noon, we received a text back from the management company, indicating that they would address the issues above (and a few others). It was too late. We were only in Montreal for 3 days. My daughter got sick. My wife and daughter didn't sleep the entire night, and ended up spending most of the following day catching up on sleep at the Embassy Suites, rather than exploring the town. Apparently, at least in this case, the management did not inspect their property and prepare for guests. Instead, they expected the new arrivals to find things for them to repair after the fact. This is not the way I like to spend my 'vacations'. Initially, a booking.com agent was very empathetic on the phone and committed to resolving the issue to our satisfaction; however, at this point, I am currently out of pocket for 2 parallel hotels (2x what I expected to pay), as the unit manager refuses to accept responsibility.

Loved the location! I was attending a concert and it was a 15 minute walk to the venue, amazing. I liked that the bedroom was on its own floor in the loft style apartment. I felt secure being the only unit on the floor with limited access to the building.

The windows were drafty and you could hear quite a bit of street noise, even on an upper floor. On more of a quirky note there are a ton of light switches, a lot of which seem to power nothing hahaha. Some face cloths would have been great but I did bring my own.

The physicality was good. Apartment was very cute. Good location.

The heating system did not work and it was very cold outside. Our apartment was 64 degrees. We complained and got no response at all from manager. Ran into maintenance man and asked him to Fix it. He said they ( management) knew about problem but it was too expensive to fix. So we only got heat that leaked over from other people’s apartment. We also had several spiders and a mouse
