Daze Off Central Apartment

Apartment definitely needs some renovation. We also had cockroaches. We asked the owner to provide special spray for it. Unfortunately despite assurances, no one showed up with a spray. From my point of view, few adjustments would improve the comfort of the apartment, like hangers for towels in the bathroom, full cutlery, hanger for jackets, exchange of the washbasin cabinet. Besides this, location is very good. Close to the beach, bus stop and restaurants. Apartment has working Aircon and additional fan.

The location of the accommodation was great, it looked nice and it was comfortable. We would definitely book the accommodation again. Good communication.

There were a few things missing, like bowls or something like that, but otherwise everything was fine.

The apartment would at one time been a good apartment. However maintenance of the apartment is not being kept on top of. The aircon doesn’t work in the double bedroom, the shelf in the wardrobe in the bedroom is broken, the wardrobe doors are missing screws. The silicone in the bathrooms need replacing and due to no ventilation in the bathroom the shower unit, sink unit and ceiling all need attention. A few of the light bulbs were missing & the remotes missing batteries.

The apartament was not that clean Towels are not what we accepted It is an usual apartament not very nice For that price and the location it is ok but inside is not very nice or clean.

Was pretty ok, a few problems was none of the drawers or cabinets were cleaned in either the bedrooms or kitchen and were really gross inside; there were no extra pillows blankets, or even towels. The Wi-Fi wasn’t super strong so you’d have to be in the same room for it to work at a functional speed. Also the TV was tiny. But I can’t deny the location is pretty insane, right in the center of town where many places are only a 10 +\- minute walk.

We stayed 3 days without hot water for shower because of technical issue with the heating system. First 2 days indeed was difficult to find a technician to fix it because of the Christmas holidays. The 3rd day it was unnecessary.
