I booked the room for a late night stay, they don't provide any toiletries, where I never had any instances with Triboo hotels. I had a word with Manager that I will be checking out little late by 12:30 -1, which he agreed but in the morning there was another staff who denied late checkout and was asking to vacate the room by 11 at the max, which was really annoying
