Hotel Boutique Casa Loreta

Ubicación muy buena ,habitación limpia ,baño cómodo ,camas un poco duras almohadas buenas ! Las instalaciones del hotel están cuidadas ! Esta bonito .

El personal de recepción les falta profesionalismo ! Las camas habitaciones# 26 poco duras , el closet es muy básico no hay gavetas y una pequeña área para guindar ropa , los productos del baño son de mala calidad .

Location was excellent. Room was quiet. Facilities worked well.

There was a sweetish smell in the room; I thought it could have been some sort of cleaner. I didn't know and I didn't care for it. Also the lighting was all very modern and LED lights. They gave kind of a harsh look to the room.

The location

The pool was not heated/warm/climatized. It was cold, very cold. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling.

The staff was very friendly and helpful getting us a ride to the airport. We only stayed 1 night, but the location was excellent as we were able to walk to a restaurant for lunch and breakfast the following morning. The rooms were super clean and the beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of space to hang clothes and set down luggage. There was a desk in the room and it looked like it was just remodeled. Overall a great place! We would definitely recommend this place!

The only negative is there is no elevator. We stayed on the 3rd level so had to go up and down the stairs. It was ok for us, but could be a problem for other people.

Street noise at midnight when city decided to Jackhammer the street right in front of the hotel. No warning from hotel and no offer to move us up
