We had a wonderful stay, even though it was unfortunately much too short. The woman at the front desk was extremely hospitable and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was very comfortable and the location was excellent. One of the highlights of this property is the beautiful beach right behind the hotel. With its white sand and calm, crystal-clear water, it honestly feels like a true beach resort. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back in the future.

"Quiet and relaxing"

This is a great property on a little beach very close to Blowing Rock, shopping, and dining. There’s a restaurant behind the property with water views that I’d recommend trying. The people are terrific! It’s a perfect little escape outside of a busy town for a happy couple. Come here happy

The bed was very comfortable. The staff seemed friendly and attentive at the hotel and the bar and grill. The view of the waterway was stunning and very peaceful. Had a great view from the bar and grill.

The tacos were very spicy and the mahi-mahi was over cooked and difficult to swallow. The hotel is on a very busy road which is the reason why we left very early in the morning. The traffic woke us up at 3:45 AM and we left about 5:15 am to return home.
