We booked last minute, not sure what the issue was but for some reason Expedia had us book a day later. When I called the contact number they made alternative arrangements in another location, further out of the city and minus 1 bedroom. They stated that we could cancel. Which we did. They then told us that we could only cancel through Expedia(after we pid for a hotel). I called Expedia and was told that they would escalate the issue and that someone would call me back....that was a week ago!!
