Super cool 😎 hotel 🏨

Staying here was an absolute dream. I couldn’t have anticipated how perfect it would be. The photos look amazing but they honestly don’t even do it justice. It feels like your own personal house with the best possible location right on the ocean. It’s the only hotel I’ll be staying at on any future trip to Holbox. Jhovany is the manager but he really ends up being more of a friend. He is completely there for you, whatever you need! He waited past his hours to make sure to greet us and he was in constant contact though out our entire stay. He is one of a kind and Casa Muuch is one of a kind. You will not regret staying here for sure!

I was very upset because I paid for a king bed and when I got there they gave us 2 queen beds. And when I complained they put the blame on Expedia. They never moved me to a king bed, in this property they will place wherever they choose

Llegue y no tenian luz ni internet. Me comentan que regresaba en la noche por lo cual me sali todo el dia, llego y ahora tampoco hay agua, les pido el reembolso me dicen que si pero que me espere un dia, ahora no me quieren reembolsar siendo que no estuve ni un minuto en mi cuarto

We had a great stay at Casa Muuch! The property was beautiful and clean, the complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the concierge was amazing - would definitely recommend!

Gran problema el tema del agua, estuvimos 5 noches y las 5 noches nos quedamos sin agua, no nos podíamos bañar y teníamos que estar avisando al cocierge en turno para que nos apoyara, y después de un rato se solucionaba. La primer noche tampoco tuvimos agua caliente y hasta que lo reportamos se dieron cuenta que había un problema con el boiler.

Casa Muuch is a very simple and clean boutique hotel right on the beach, and if you're a breakfast person, you'll love theirs which its included. I had one of the top rooms, with it's own jacuzzi and rooftop patio, and an incredible view, you can actually see the other shore of the island. I had a great time and would go back there for sure. Thanks to everyone there, specially to Karina that was always attentive to anything I could need, and she will do it for you. The location it's also unbelievable.
