I came in later on a Monday night after delayed flights and weariness only to be greeted by the most genuine front desk experience I’ve ever had. I spend about 75 nights a year in hotels spanning multiple brands. The service rendered by the front desk clerk named Arnethia was best I’ve had. How comfortable our rooms was with the City view, and breakfast was good too because they cook for you when you order.
