Simple weekend getaway for us. The hotel was amazing. The breakfast was amazing. My wife told me we need to stay here more often on future visits to the area.

I wasn’t feeling well throughout the stay but was able to get the support I needed easily enough.

This is my second time staying at element Las Colinas and it was just as great as the first time. My room was very clean and check in was fast. Every staff member that had contact with was super friendly! Would definitely recommend!

I've stayed here twice in the last month while in the area on business. This hotel is relatively new. The rooms have comfy beds, a kitchenette area (Fridge, Microwave, sink, dishes, etc), a nice desk and a separate chair/ottoman. They don't have maid service daily. The bathroom has a nice shower. I'm sure there are larger rooms but this one, with a king bed, was great for me. The hotel offers wine in the evening for free and a really good free breakfast with made to order omelets, yogurt, fresh fruit, etc. The lobby area is very comfortable. There is also a gym and laundry room. The only drawback is the location - there are no restaurants or parks or stores within walking distance. They do have bikes available - but it doesn't seem like a safe area to ride a bike as there are very busy roads surrounding this hotel.

One of the best lodging options to see all the top sites in the Dallas- Fort Worth area. Staff is friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the free parking and complimentary happy hour. Almost forgot to mention the tasty complimentary breakfast served each morning. Our room was clean and spacious with enough space for two people. Great location just off the highway. You can believe the previous reviews. This property is a gem. Thanks for a great stay!

My family and I stayed here a few times before. Every time is pleasant until the "supervisor" Tiffany had to interact with anyone! I have witnessed her actually argue loudly with customers in the lobby regarding corporate reservations! She had a horrible horrible attitude! I told her this the last time my family stayed as she is just rude for no reason! Just a real unhappy nasty person! Manny, Emma, Monica, Juan are the best! Juan even made my family and I smoothies as we barbecued by the poolside after my husband was having chest pain! Juan is top notch! But Tiffany will definitely will keep people from wanting to ever visit here again no matter how new it is! I will be giving the new Embassy Suites a try and as long as she is here I won't recommend this place to anyone at all!

Staff were outstanding. Two young ladies at the front desk were friendly, kind and helped me a great deal on Thursday morning around 7:15 or so. I was part of the AT&T phones not working and they were just a great help… completely made my day!!

Excellent newer hotel, very good for extended stay. Clean, very nice room modern furnishings, bright well lit, comfortable bed, good cooking and eating utensils. Fantastic fresh omelet and griddle station included with free breakfast. Wonderful friendly staff. Many good restaurants with a lot of diversity in cuisines within a mile of hotel. My friend only negative, and room for improvement is breakfast grill infuses entire lobby area with a grill smell. Need to open a door or two and some windows to freshen the air during or after breakfast is finished.
