The place is good and the view from the rooms is very nice. The breakfast is very normal.. The most difficult thing is that they do not speak English except through the mobile phone translator..

Klasik bir yorum olacak ama tek kelimeyle beklentilerin üzerinde bir işletme. Verilen hizmetin samimi oluşu, temizlik ve turistik destinasyonlara yakınlığı ile her bir çalışanına ayrı ayrı teşekkür ediyoruz. Bir daha olsa evet the canyon Kartepe vazgeçilmez oldu.

Front desk manager is not polite Wired and not friendly

Otel konum olarak şahane manzaraya sahip. Orman içinde sayılabilecek, doğa ile iç içe tam kafa dinlemelik bir tesis. Çalışanlar son derece sıcakkanlı ve samimi. Başta Murat bey olmak üzere, canla başla hizmet vermek için çabalayan Tuğçe hanıma ve Mert bey'de çok çok teşekkür ederiz.Kesinlikle tavsiye edebileceğim nadir tesislerden.

Odalar rahat ve personel çok ilgili ve kibar , otelin yöneticiside aynı şekilde çok ilgiliydi . Bazı misafirler kendi speakerlarıyla kahvaltı alanında müzik dinliyorlardı, otelin bu tür konularda tüm müşterilerin rahatı için kurallar koyması ve uygulaması lazım.

This place is spectacular. The views from here to the mountains and lush forests are amazing. The place is spotless. The reception area and restaurant are filled with live edge tables and tons of local antique items. The food for breakfast was wonderful and plentiful. When sitting on the patio drinking Turkish coffee the views are breathtaking.

It is a quite and tranquial place with energetic and helpfull staff. Good place for a get away from the city for the weekends. We had such a nice time as a family.

Gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edilebilir bir yer. Güler yüzlü insanlar, temiz ve huzurlu ortam. Her şey 10/10.
