Quick checkin and checkout, clean and comfortable room accommodations, great location to catch a flight out of Cincinnati.

The staff were wonderful. The room was clean and looked newly renovated. Breakfast was disappointing. Usual hotel food. The biggest disappointing aspect of the stay was it does not come with free guest WiFi. You either have to sign up for Bonvoy give out your information for data collection or the internet will not work. I asked the front desk if they could help just connecting to the internet and they said they didn’t know why it wasn’t free and available. For this reason I can only give it three stars and will be not staying here again.

Front Desk Clerk was very professional and friendly. Our first room's trash hadn't been taken out so the cleanliness of the room became questionable. The clerk gave us a new room which was fine, however the rooms aren't sound proof at all and the parties above us stomped and ran all through the night. I made a complaint after tolerating for a hour, however it never stopped. Showers are just lukewarm not very hot.

Great complete breakfast with something for everyone. Great location. Super nice attentive staff. Super nice complete room. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Let’s start off by saying I’m a Marriott gold member and stay at Marriott if I have a choice. After staying here I will try a different Marriott next time. This particular stay my status was not recognized with an upgrade or a bottle of water at all but staff was pleasant and nice. Room was clean however shower does not have a door on it and water was not hot but did have good pressure. Not my favorite experience but not terrible just a 3. After 30+ plus stays this year so far was hoping for a better stay. Price was very good for location.
