I love the hotel very much, but disappointed that they didn't change the sheets or even freshen the bed up. We were there 4 nights. We enjoyed the location.

"Pathetic and will never stay at another Marriott"

The pool was filthy. Breakfast bar was pathetic and I had to move rooms to a whole different floor at 9:30 at night due to several dogs barking constantly. The whole stay was pathetic for what I paid.

We have stayed at this hotel in other areas and it was really nice! The one in Florence I can’t say the same. The first room we were checked into smelled like dogs and the couch was torn. We were given another room and that was good. The room was smaller than I hoped and thank goodness is was our kid staying on the pullout because that bed was flat and rock hard bed. We were just staying a quick night but I wanted something nice, I was disappointed.

Excellent room, very clean and new feeling. Loved the kitchen. The breakfast was good with cage free eggs. Definitely recommend this hotel as perfect!!
