I wanted to stay at this hotel because my daughter was having heart surgery at Northwestern Hospital nearby. Everything about this was convenient, comfortable, and the people who worked there were kind. I needed this especially since I was under a lot of stress. Don't go through Booking.com because I did, and they wouldn't really help me at all even though I paid them. The manager, Bob, at the Hampton Inn helped me out and I really appreciated that. I will go through Hampton for a room for now on. Thank you, Bob. from, Jean

Was windy and this caused a hollwing noise to come through the HVAC unit it was quite annoying and made it difficult to sleep.
