Great location for little escape from daily, busy life and the restaurant was amazing too! Staff was very friendly. I would suggest to travel with your own car if you are planning to stay longer for sightseeing to lake and other places in Sapanca.. Highly recommended!

The location, breakfast - everything was perfect. Very good place for relaxing and having a really good breakfast.

Beautiful location by the lake side, good breakfast and relaxed atmosphere.

The villa top room has a Small bathroom, no place to keep the towels or hang anything. , Very low ceiling, so low that one head touches the ceiling, shower water floods the bathroom floor with no drainage to scape. The Standard rooms, had the outside noises , you could hear the passing cars and people in the rooms.

mostly everything especially locations, friendly stuff, excellent breakfast with very appropriate timing

they usually turn all lights around the property mid night with a lot of dogs make the children scared to get inside the studio, the upstairs room needs curtains to avoid the sun light coming from the roof early morning.
