We hadden volgens mij een suite. Deze kamer was erg groot. Was ook ideaal geweest met 2 kinderen.

Wij zaten precies in een kamer boven de hoofdingang. Tot laat in de nacht lawaai tot van vroeg in de ochtend last van mensen gehad. Waardoor erg slecht geslapen

The size and layout of the room was spacious. The food was really good.

This hotel's already received this feedback many times I'm sure and just don't car... The towels have a horrid smell of old vinegar. It's disgusting. I let my face air dry the entire 11 days of my stay because how truly awful they smelled. The overall property is covered with stains all over the floors and walls and the bathrooms look contaminated. This hotel has no pride whatsoever to leave the hallways as filthy as they are. The daily maid service is a joke. They only take the trash and replace towels (if you're lucky!). I had to make a specific request just to have my bed made and to have the room service tray and dirty dishes to be removed from the room. Not once was my floor swept in almost a 2 week stay. The floor was noticeably covered in hair by the time I left but the staff let it continually pile up for 11 days as if they didn't see it. (: This hotel has a policy of 0% hospitality it seems. I had to actually ask the front desk to tell me what was available on property, as they didn't bother to tell me anything at check-in at all. It felt as if I needed to beg for information. On multiple occasions the staff was 'too busy' to accommodate simple requests. I would call to request room service during available hours and be told, "We're rather busy right now." I couldn't fathom what they were expecting me to say, "Ok never mind, I won't eat then, don't worry about it?" What a joke! On one occasion I even asked the bartender if there was service outside, to which he replied "It's going to rain soon." I could not even get a 'yes' or 'no', it was ridiculous. I felt as if the staff went out of their way to not be accommodating, as if they were doing me a huge favor by me staying there. I'll never stay here again and would advise anyone else to stay elsewhere and not waste their money.

The room was large, clean and very comfortable as was the bathroom. The staff, both front desk and in the restaurant were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good selection of food and there was plenty of seating to accommodate the guests.
