I love the location, most of the staff were amazing and the place was clean.

I had no hot water for almost 2 days and there was no internet for one night.

The cowork is legitimately useful and convenient (it's just a shame that the general cafe bathroom is behind the locked door of the private cowork, so those inside are constantly asked to open the doors for those without the entry code). The hotel location is very close to a great park and supermarket.

This place is all style, no substance. To start, self check-in leaves a terrible first impression. Why am I being forced to upload my passport to an insecure portal when reception repeats the task on arrival? Additionally, we were staying for 9 nights for a dental surgery. It left a bad taste that our room was available early and check-in was possible at 1pm instead of 3pm - if we paid an extra $20USD. Little things like this add up. There's a communal laundry, but you have to pay to use it. There's a kitchenette, but it's so poorly stocked with pots, pans, or plates that cooking is nearly impossible. There's a cool industrial design, but the water pipes are insanely loud between the walls that showering neighbors will wake you up. In general, noise is a big problem. One night, there was a domestic dispute next door and it was pretty scary to wake up to fighting and screaming (security did respond quickly, to their credit). It's going for a chic international vibe but it doesn't hit the mark and can't justify the pricing. I feel like the reviews on here are probably for people who stay for one or two nights. If you're in town and looking for a good location, sure. But don't make the mistake of staying here for several nights. You will regret it.
