The entrance through list was unexpected and lots of dogs were resting there most of the time as the reception of the hotel was on second floor. the staff were most of the time watching their mobile stuff lying flat on the sofa. the professional touch was missing although they were very cooperative

Nice reception. Looks like family handles the reception. They are really soft spoken and nice people. I didn't like the room which was shown, they immediately changed it on my request. Breakfast is simple but super tasty, authentic home made flavours which is far better than fancy things in 5 star hotels. Treebo gave me surprise in my room, which was unexpected. Really thanks for the small customer delighting things, matters a lot in terms of personalized service. Would definitely recommend this hotel and I'll use this for my future travels to Hyderabad

Nothing as such, little smelly washroom due to lack of exhaust, but its manageable, not a big deal.

Helpful staff, good clean rooms, good location, delicious breakfast, smooth check in, regular room clean ups, complementary tea, coffee and water, furniture in good condition.

Too many dogs near the main entrance and sleeping in front of the lift... Also too many dogs barking late night and disturbing the sleep. This dog issue should be taken seriously and should be solved through municipality or anyone as their numbers are plenty. No hair dryer. No mini refrigerator. Quantity of breakfast too less.. Window lock is broken and needs to be fixed
