Na plus lokalizacja ( dość blisko centrum, spokój), dostęp do parkingu (wszystko działało bez problemu). Schludna łazienka. Wystrój bez szału ale estetycznie i nowocześnie. Czysto i zadbanie.

Przydałyby się rolety na okna, dodatkowo nad jednym z okien w ogóle nie było zasłony.
