Liked location, fact that there was a lift, provision of things like mop, cloths pegs, lots of fresh towels. Toiletries and placement of powerpoints and hooks were great. Bed was comfortable although only one duvet was provided and 2 thin blankets. Love the balcony. Smart tv and wifi was good. Place was tastefully decorated. Andre was responsive to our requests and was very warm and friendly.

Equipment was in poor condition- aircon takes awhile to cool the room, washing machine button was damaged and washing bin stank, coffee machine vibrated so much that I didn’t dare use it and drawer handle was loose. After awhile tried not to use other equipment.

It was a bonus to have the apartment cleaned and linen changed during our 8 night stay. All the equipment was good quality and nothing was missing (kitchen equipment etc) Our greeter, André, was very pleasant and helpful

Freezer was frozen up. Booking.com didn’t give us the full street address (i.e. the property number), only the street name, which led to our taxi dropping us off at the end of the street. So we had an unwanted walk with our luggage at the end of a long day’s travelling, and the greeter André was kept waiting.

Spacious. Spotlessly clean. Well located. We really loved the apartment and would love to come back. Lots of cosy touches. Very well equipped kitchen.

Position of bidet made it awkward to get out of the bath (shower over). Fixed shower screen and no floor space made getting out of the bath tricky (we are in our fifties and have no mobility issues). This could easily be fixed by putting a rail or handle on the wall next to the bath above bidet to help exit more safely. Not really a complaint but just feedback.

Fantastic location and a fantastic very clean apartment. Could not fault it.

It was very spacious and the parking garage was great.

There was a dead mouse smell in the building hallway and there is an ant problem in the apartment. This was our first time to the Algarve. We would never stay in Albuferia again. There are so many nicer and authentic towns. Albuferia is trying to be Vegas.
