Katrina was really friendly. The apartment was really clean and everything was very user friendly including the kitchen. It was even better that there was a washer and dryer. Highly recommended. If I go back to Lima I will stay here again.

Good location. Close to almost everything

The apartment is located on a main street, so there was some street noise, but the location is excellent – close to the city center and within walking distance. There's a shopping center nearby where you can buy all the essentials. The apartment was very clean, almost sterile. Personally, I would have preferred more kitchen equipment for preparing lunch, but it was sufficient for breakfast or dinner. Communication with the owner was quick and hassle-free.

I was disappointed that after making the reservation, I received an additional set of house rules in the correspondence. In my opinion, such information should be provided upfront, before booking. If the owner has specific requirements about careful use of the apartment, this should be made clear earlier. Moreover, on the day of our arrival, we were informed by the owner that the security guard at reception would simply check and confirm our identity. However, instead, he took photos of our passports, which I find unacceptable!

Great location and facilities

This apartment was spacious, immaculately clean and in a great location. It was so spacious I actually complained about missing a room until I realised I had missed half of the apartment. The concierge and Katerina were very gracious and laughed off my apologies for being an idiot. The apartment has all the facilities I needed and more including the washer and dryer. There were cooking facilities and lots of equipment which I didn't use but it was useful as a back up. I did use the kettle, toaster and fridge. I cannot think of anything I would have missed. Bed were extremely comfortable and of a very high quality. The location was very good and once I had my bearings, I found so many great restaurants, cafes and supermarkets nearby. There was also a great convenience store and cafe downstairs. I didn't make use of the pool. I would happily recommend this accommodation. I would add photos but that function isn't working at the moment.
