"Rund um perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in Zermatt!"

Diese Unterkunft ist für Familien mit kleinen Kindern ein perfekter Anlaufpunkt. Wir haben zwei Nächte in Zermatt verbracht und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Reibungslose An- und Abreise mit kostenlosem Taxiservice, sehr leckeres Frühstück, kostenloser Kaffee und Wasser den ganzen Tag, leckeres Kaffeetrinken mit hausgemachten Kuchen und Feuerholzservice, um den Abend bei perfekten Ausblick ausklingen zu lassen, haben den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gestaltet. Für die Kinder gab es in der unteren Etage eine riesige Spielecke und im Bad auch genügend Schwimmhilfen und Wasserspielzeug. Alles in allem war es für uns perfekt!

Wir hatten ein Upgrade und ein Zimmer im 3.OG mit wunderschönem Blick auf das Matterhorn. Der Pool war mit den Kids ein Highlight und der Welnessbereich toll. Das gesamte Personal sehr freundlich, Familien sind herzlich willkommen. Das Frühstücksbuffet frisch, eine riesen Auswahl und ebenfalls tolles Personal. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schön, gute Ausstattung, grosse Zimmer

Plastikblumen und keine Pflanzen. Einige Hacken zum Aufhängen von Duschtüchern in Sauna / Pool Bereich (bei Duschen) wären nötig. Sonst perfekt.
