Room was fantastic and clean, well designed etc... Shower was very good Pool was clean, lovely environment Worth it just for the pool

Food was ok, but nothing to write home about, pasta needs more flavour and should have a little pastry to end as well Location means if you are doing the Camino you have to walk off the trail and the next day walk back to get on the trail. Needs a bit more sound proofing

Ik liep de Camino en deze locatie was werkelijk super, met een heel vriendelijke ontvangst door de eigenaresse. Goede 4 persoonskamer in stapelbed, met badkamer, zelfs bank voor ontspanning en lockers, extra dekens. Alles zeer schoon, in de avond gegeten gemaakt van groenten uit eigen tuin. Het zwembad heb ik niet gebruikt, maar dit verblijf voelde als een mini-vakantie.

The shower was not hot enough (critical after 25+ km of walking during the winter), there was mold on the wooden bunk bed

Everything, the staff were really helpful and kind. We hadn't booked breakfast or evening meal and the nearest village was a bit of a walk and so when offered, we took the opportunity to eat at Casa das Portas. There were 3 choices of evening meal, including veggie/ vegan. Food was great and there were wines available too. Breakfast was freshly prepared and very filling Great place to stay on the camino. ( The pool was lovely too but a bit cool in March!)

Hreat facilities in a pleasant quiet location and with a swimming pool.Food served for the evening meal was superb and at peregrino prices..

Clean, modern and spacious. Pool looked lovely but too cold to try it. Evening meal was good value, tasty and plentiful.

A shame it was so quiet. We need more people on the Camino.
