nádherný "presklený" hotel. mne sa zdalo, že bol nedávno reštaurovaný. využili sme aj fitness, saunu svet a vírivku. izba praktická, čistá. boli sme v marci, bolo vykúrené. odporúčame.

za mňa by mohol byť matrac viac tvrdší

I like the opportunity to be close to the center

We stay there for our anniversary with my partner,I am very disappointed about the lady from bar as she was extremely slow,we was waiting out coffee more then 20min even the bar was empty.We wanted cocktails as we was about celebrating,She didn’t have no ingredients as is simple orange juice,when I ask for other cocktail She didn’t know even how to make it,after I ask for another drink she brought another drink also overcharged.Completely disappointed,no kettle in room as was V.I.P room I wanted have tea I couldn’t make it.Not welcome drink in room as I was charged during my booking I get it after I ask for it in reception.Lady from reception was rude and absolutely not professional,Receptionist should be nice and having the knowledge about customer service and how to be professional.Those two ladies completely ruin our stay in hotel and also very poor behavior. Very very disappointing.The owner should find another stuff who will know how to run business and have knowledge in bar as is very important for customers.
