"Techno music nonstop to 3.45am..."

Nice looking room, terrace good. Owner/staff very responsive. Sorted an issue with the door immediately. Very attentive.

The showstopper. Techno music club blasting music till 3.45am. Didn't sleep a wink. The room is not sound proofed at all, not that I think it would be possible due to the noise. Other bad things were the toilet and shower screen are translucent so anyone else in the room has a front row seat to you doing your business. TV channels didnt work and couldnt connect ipad to the TV to watch anything seeing as we were up all night.

It was nice that it was in the old town. The cleaning ladies were really friendly.

There is a night club just at the square. Also the bathrooms need renovation, the ceiling was leaking water and there was mold.

This was such a perfect base to explore Rhodes Old Town, literally talked around the corner in a really quiet spot but within minutes from all the hustle and bustle. The bed was really comfortable, everything was clean and spotless.

Modernised internally and in a central location within the Old Town.

Accessing the property from the City Wall gates with luggage is challenging over pebbled paths. The property faces a square with several bars and nightclubs. Loud music till 3am made it impossible to sleep. Remotely located staff are not fully aware of services offered.

Winter is quiet, but the historical spectacular was easy to access. No long lines. The hotel's hosts are friendly and work hard to make your stay the best it can be. Breakfast was exceptional. A home away from home.

In winter, no decent restaurants open in the old city. But the new town is bustling.

"DESASTRE EN UN NO CHATEAU"

Veamos tengo 75 años y llegue (medianoche) a la plaza donde están las habitaciones(de Chateau NADA) y me costo encontrar la ubicación,no había nada que lo indicara. Las llaves las habían dejado en esas cajas que tienen un código de 4 números.Los inserte repetidas veces y aquello no se abría.Eran las 12:30 de la madrugada y llame varias veces al teléfono que me habían facilitado para emergencias y NADIE contesto.Cuando iba a llamar a la policía afortunadamente la caja se abrió y pude entrar. Es muy desagradable que a media noche tengas un problema y el teléfono que te han dado no este operativo.

Puesto que elle nombre del establecimiento era CHATEAU ANAX ,entendí (mal)que habría in cierto servicio. En tres dias nadie hizo ni el baño ,ni la cama. No tan siquiera se acercaron por allí.No vi a nadie. Entiendo que los propietarios NO SON PROFESIONALES:
