Great central location but away from from Main Street . The owner was delightful and the mangers were very helpful .

We did not get one decent nights sleep.. nearby disco played LOUD music till 4am every night

Perfect location within the old town, very modern and clean. We were looked after superbly they even transported us and our luggage to the ferry port when we left.

The location was great, in the old town. Room modern and spacious We had a fabulous balcony. Transfers to and from the hotel excellent. Staff very helpful.

Clothes storage space is a bit lacking

Great location, lovely friendly people and very helpful. Nice to have been met and taken to the room as quite a walk with luggage Room was well equipped even had hair straighteners. Very beautifully decorated.

Room very small and everything open plan including shower and toilet No privacy in shower as a glass door also toilet had frosted glass but can hear everything!

Room was spacious, shower was spacious with good water pressure and shower heads. The terrace was amazing. We relaxed there for hours each day.

The lights outside the windows shut off automatically very late snd make the room light even with the curtains. So, either move those lights, allow shut off from the room, or put in light blocking curtains.

The apartment (it is advertised as a hotel but it is an apt) was comfortable, very clean with an excellent location and had a nice balcony. The host provided a complimentary bottle of wine, water and coffee which was nice. Recommend that you secure transfer from the gate to the hotel ($10 fee by owner). Unfortunately, even though I had confirmed a transfer with the apartment upon arrival at the gate, I had to contact them again at the gate to meet me. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet during the day, but recommend you bring earplugs as music and noise from nearby bars/restaurants are easily heard until 1:00-3:30am pending night.

The loud music and noise from nearby restaurants and bars which was heard until 1:00-3:00am pending the night. Also apartment is advertised as a hotel, but it is not. However, contact was easily made via WhatsApp and the operator was very responsive.

The excellent location and the general layout with a spacious terrace.The property owner was very friendly and plied us with little treats. Michael from the property management company went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible.

The noise from a nearby nightclub which went on well into the early hours on a couple of nights. We had minor gripes which in fairness were immediately remedied where possible. Other issues we raised such as an additional chair for the interior and the need for towel rail would be addressed after our departure.
