Mansha Palace

Rooms are small, property appears better in photos. It is a 3 star+ standard property, Al Carte food served in the restaurant and rooms are good quality.

Breakfast included in the room package was very basic and service lacking, it is also not served before 7:30, only packed breakfast is provided which is dry and bland. Room cleaning has to be reminded, breakfast dining table clothes were dirty and tables wobbly.

Decent property. good amenities, helpful staff.

Bedsheets, towels had stains. Room was not properly cleaned, there was dirt and we were coughing due to it.

Location and services offered. Breakfast was superb and the staff very friendly and helpful.

It was impossible to pay with credit card. Finally understood that the hotel doesn’t accept international credit cards. That forced me to go to ATMs and collect cash in order to pay the bill . Don’t understand why this is not mentioned when creating the reservation. Now I also understand why I got several messages from the hotel asking me to send wire transfer of money to grant the booking. Obviously they couldn’t get it as they don’t accept the cards.

The staff was helpful to give us a packed breakfast as we had to leave very early in the morning. They were responsive too.

The rooms and bathrooms are not very clean as there were stains in the bathroom. They cleaned it as soon as we asked them too. The bathrooms are too small as well. The key card stopped working and they couldn't fix it. Finally, we were waiting for the hotel to give us room keys. On one of the occasions, we asked the restaurant to serve us a few slices of onions with our dinner and they mentioned it will be chargeable. Really absurd that this should be charged when all restaurants give it for free. The breakfast is quite average.

Brand New property maintained well. Rooms are comfortable. very accommodative,helpful and courteous staff.
