Sophie provides an excellent and soulful experience from start to finish! She makes the place shine! The Tower Room was a special treat and her breakfasts were remarkable! Truly the best experience we have had in a long while. Thank you Sophie!

Amazing stay at guesthouse, this property is in the old town area and located directly on the canal we originally booked for one night but ended up staying 2 nights because we liked it so much , Sophie was a great host , highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay, the house is gorgeous and spacious with some beautiful common areas. The host, Sofie, was wonderful, extremely friendly and helpful with all our tourist questions. We stayed over Easter and had some Easter chocolates left in the room which was such a nice touch.

Sofie the host was INCREDIBLE she went the extra mile to make our honeymoon special, in which she gave us the beautiful tower suit and made us a special breakfast (which by the way is amazing) the hotel is exquisite, stunning decor, soo clean, soo light, and so homely made by Sofie. We felt so at home and had access to the lounge/bar/dining area all night with access to refreshments. The view from the breakfast room is stunning! Overall our stay was incredible and I could not recommend it enough. So close to the centre 5/10 minute walk, and the hotel was an experience more than just a stay! We love you Sofie!!!!

Absolutely disgusting behaviour by the booking agent Sofie who decided to sell our prepaid room to someone else. I had reached out earlier that week to see if cancellation for our non-refundable room was possible due to a family emergency. I was met with a no and that our only option would be to reschedule for another date (which was not possible for us). After a very tough week we made all the necessary arrangements to take care of things at home and travel 3 hours for our stay in Bruges. Upon arrival we were greeted by Sofie who advised that our room was no longer available… She made the decision to resell our prepaid room and capitalize on us not being able to come to Bruges due to our family emergency. This is incredibly inappropriate as there was never a confirmation of cancelation. We received no apology, and were told that this was our fault for not responding to her rescheduling request. I then asked for a refund which she advised she could now give only because we were there in person. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and the most poorly handled travel experience I’ve received in my life.

Absolutely fantastic location. Just outside of the main circle, so a couple minute walk to the main circle. The property itself is one of the most unique we stayed at in Belgium. Right on the river for amazing breakfast coffee views. Sofie was an excellent host.

Nothing, everything was better than expected.

Everything was perfect and Sofie was the perfect host. View from our bedroom to private courtyard was delightful. You genuinely felt welcome and at home. Our room was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. We really felt at home and enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful library and sitting rooms. Sofie really does think of everything and made great recommendations for sightseeing, dining out and great local knowledge. Breakfast was beyond amazing!! Great location, walked to all sights. Thank you for having us. Would 100% come back and recommend to friends.
