Doppia prenotazione con Booking mal gestita e scarsa flessibilità da parte della struttura. Comportamento di Booking poco corretto nella gestione della situazione. Non prenoterò più con Booking.

Das Hotel liegt sensationell und alle Hotelmitarbeiter waren äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel hat einen wirklich tollen Stil und ist sehr außergewöhnlich eingerichtet.

2 Punkte Abzug gibt es, da das Schlafen in der Nacht nahezu unmöglich war, da direkt neben dem Hotel ein Club ist, der bis 3 Uhr morgens so laute Musik spielt, dass man den Bass nicht nur hört sondern auch spürt. Wir haben auch einmal Zimmer gewechselt, um dem Lärm zu entgehen, leider zwecklos. 1 weiteren Punkt Abzug gibt es für die Größe der Zimmer zu diesem Preis. Man steht quasi direkt beim Betreten des Zimmers in einer Art Ankleide-/Badezimmer/Vorraum-Kombination. Fenster lassen sich in keinem der Zimmer öffnen. 1 weiteren Punkt Abzug gibt es für das hoteleigene Restaurant „Eve“, hier waren sowohl die Speisen als auch die Bedienung eher mittelmäßig. Auch beim Frühstück war das Servicepersonal leider eher desinteressiert an den Gästen - wobei lobenswerterweise erwähnt werden muss, dass durchaus fleißig abgeräumt wurde!
