Room was better than expected, clean and comfortable

Staff, the owner/manager was polite when checking in but was banging on door next morning at 10.05am telling us to get out as past check out time, which was 10am 🙄 Very rude and definitely not recommended due to way staff treat u, can go 2 mins up the road to the Night Cap and is cheaper and much better quality rooms with amazing beds, most comfortable I've ever slept in and staff are absolutely amazing..

Clean, comfortable and cheap. Friendly and helpful staff. Good water pressure and lots of hot water. They allowed me to bring my dog along too and the additional cleaning fee for a dog was extremely reasonable.

Nothing good about the property, was flithy , un hygienic , mould everywhere. The soap was mouldy , toilet paper had stains all over it, electrical sockets are dangerous . Couch cup holders was absolutely disgusting and filthy and not cleans properly . checked out immediately and found emergency accommodation elsewhere . Customer service what not fantastic at all I did not feel welcome at all and felt very uncomfortable and unsafe.
